New-building
woes. We wondered why there was water on the floor of
the lab. It seemed to be coming from the wall. After
making several holes in the wall, we discovered that
screws holding a shelf bracket on the other side
of the wall (right) were coincidentally lined up exactly
with a water line (out of focus copper thing) and 4 screws
had all but punctured the line. It's clearly been wet
for
a while.
After 2.5 years, corrosion caused the water line
to fail. |
