What's
this? Hieroglyphic of a hockey goal? Bottom of a clay pot?
It's an SEM image of a NanoSIMS mount containing
presolar graphite grains (1-20 µm across) from the Orgueil
meteorite. The grid in the center is pressed into gold foil.
